• Workmanship on every job we complete. If a sweep, repair, cap install, or liner rebuild isn’t right within 90 days, we return and correct it at no charge to you.
• Parts and products we install. We work with brands we trust: DuraFlex, HeatShield, Gelco, Olympia Chimney, Famco, and Copperfield. If a product we installed fails due to a defect, we handle the replacement and the labor to make it right.
• Cleanup before we leave. Your home is left the way we found it, minus the soot and creosote. Drop cloths go down before the tools come off the truck, and the hearth gets vacuumed before we go.
• On-time arrival with a real window. You get a specific arrival window before we show up, and if that window slips, we call you. Wendell doesn’t leave people guessing.
